How it flows
Service Rate
The rates below are very basic.
The time for tidying up varies greatly upon the size of the space and the amount of stuff you have. One day and a half is basic time to tidy up one to three places, such as the kitchen, storage room, and bathroom. Please contact us by email for more details. We will offer you the best plan!
Visit basic pack: one day and a half (about 9 hours) | JPY15,000 |

Visit: Payment in cash before the work on the day of visit
Or transfer to a designated account by the day before the working day
On-line: Transfer to the designated account by the day before the consultation date
Cancellation Policy
- Please contact us at least two days before the work date.
- There is basically no cancellation fee.
- However, if you cancel on the same day or the day before due to unavoidable reasons, you may be charged when transportation costs are already incurred.
Notes: Please read before you make inquiry or application.
- This service is not a housekeeping service, or a waste disposal service. We are only here to help you tidy up your home and you will be responsible for your own tidying up.
- When we visit, we want to spend as much time as possible on the actual work, so we ask you to fill in a checklist in advance.
- In the case of an actual visit, we ask that you have the approval of the family members of the house you will be living or working in.
